Dozens attended the April edition of SMK Fridays to enjoy art, drinks and macrobiotic food. Artist Molly Haslund drew circles in the garden with a gigantic compass, while artistic duo Kenneth A Balfelt and Matthias Hvass Borello launched their new book ‘Art as Social Practice’. They teamed up to provide a musical backdrop. Many sat outside in the front yard where they could admire Poul Gernes’s colourful paintings and watch Sister’s Hope intervention on sensuous society. Many then debated the subject: ‘Can art change the world?’, and then winding up, FOS and the Small White Man band enchanted the audience with an improvised concert.
