Danish design for International Criminal Court

New building for ICC will feature rows of towers and unified base that will blend with the natural surrounding area

Århus-based architecture firm Schmidt Hammer Lassen has secured the contract to design the new headquarters of the International Criminal Court in the Hague.

The architecture company is also behind well-known buildings in Denmark, such as the Aros Art Museum in Århus and the Black Diamond building that houses the Royal Library in Copenhagen.
