Plans for 2016 include an infrastructure conference

The Greater Copenhagen and Skåne Committee (GCSC) has agreed on a new action plan for trans-regional co-operation for 2016.

GCSC’s main priorities include increased focus on joint marketing; building better infrastructure to attract more investments, tourists and talents; enhancing integrated and sustainable growth in the region; and developing joint strategic business initiatives.

The committee will also work on removing border barriers and finding solutions for easier cross-border movement between Denmark and Sweden.

To tackle these issues, GCSC will hold a conference on infrastructure and a conference on life and materials science that is expected to deal with more global challenges.
