An annual event, the Copenhagen Expat Fair introduces associations and clubs in the capital region to new arrivals and internationals. It is a great chance to see what Copenhagen has to offer and find a new hobby (City Hall, Cph K; Tue Sep 2, 15:30-18:00; sign up at kk.dk)

‘Expat Life’ is a touring one-man comedy show starring Daniel-Ryan Spaulding, who found fame after his YouTube video ‘If gay guys said the things straight people say’ went viral (The Irish Rover, Vimmelskaftet 46, Cph K; Thu Aug 28, 20:00; sign-up via meetup.com)

‘People, Peace and Progress’! Come to ‘Copenhagen to Kathmandu 2014’ to learn about Nepalese music, dancing and thinking. The project, a brainchild of Nepalese students living in Denmark, aims to bring change through music (Kulturhuset Islands Brygge, Cph S; Wed Sep 3, 15:50; tickets at door)
