A Danish man has died after a diving accident in Norway. Police said that the accident happened near Bergen in an area frequented by many recreational divers. The man apparently died from decompression sickness.

Police that attended the scene said that the diver came up too quickly. The man was taken to a marine base near the site of the accident, but it was too late.
