On this week's episode of the HBO comedy show Last Week Tonight, host John Oliver got hold of a video of Prince Henrik dressing up as a panda at a fancy dinner with the WWF nature fund, and of course the British-American comedian couldn't refrain from sending a few jabs in the prince's direction.

"You are the clown prince of Denmark! You are already an endangered meaningless mascot who exists mainly for people to take photos with. Putting on a panda costume is gilding the lily somewhat."

'Your move, Denmark!'
He wasn't afraid to face the consequences of mocking Denmark's famous royal joker.

"Your move Denmark! I await my Danish prison sentence. Please take me to your impeccably furnished birchwood cell. I await my dinner of adorably tiny little cheeses."

The real joke of course is that he may be absolutely correct if he expects a Danish prison sentence to be a holiday.
