Hip-hop fans won’t be denied a class hip-hop act however, as the legendary West Coast rapper Ice Cube has agreed to step in with his ‘big black boots’ to fill the vacuum.

Ice Cube, who rose to fame in the 1980s as part of NWA, has also enjoyed success with a solo career that has generated tasty hits like ‘It Was a Good Day’, ‘Check Yo Self’, ‘Bop Gun’ and ‘Friday’ – to mention but a few.

His success has also propelled him into the acting industry, where he has forged a commendable career as well.

Ice Cube will be ‘steady mobbin” on the stage at Roskilde Festival on July 1.
