Enjoy the rich history of Bakken, the world’s oldest amusement park – it opened in 1583. From wooden but yet really fast rollercoasters to restaurants, this historical landmark is enjoyable for people of all ages.

Tivoli’s Garden is full of exciting activities: amusement rides, 45 different menus of food and drink and an aquarium where you can get a guided tour and see them feed sharks, prianhas, octopuses and more.

Science in the City 

Carlsberg, Cph V; June 21-26, 10:00-20:00; free adm;

Put on your lab coat and head to the Carlsberg district to unravel the mysteries of science. The idea is to bridge the gap between scientists and the general public with an impressive array of activities for budding Niels Bohrs of the future. (PS)

The Sky at Night

Take your budding astronomers and climb the Round Tower – no small feat in itself – and grab a telescope and enjoy the stars on a clear sky. Make a wish and wait for the shooting stars. (FM)
