Copenhagen
Copenhagen – a serious play about the war-time meeting between two Nobel Prize-winning physicists, Denmark’s Niels Bohr and Germany’s Werner Heisenberg – might seem like a strange choice for Vivienne McKee at the London Toast Theatre, who every year bring us the Crazy Christmas Cabaret. But McKee has adapted Michael Frayn’s award-winning play to present a staged reading that is thought-provoking and encourages audience interaction. Starring Tony Wedgwood (Bohr), David Bateson (Heisenberg) and McKee (Margrethe Bohr), the play examines the moral responsibilities of scientists. With your help if you fancy it.
