New DTU campus for international students

The Technical University of Denmark (DTU) is building a new residence campus for international students.

The Hempel Kollegium will provide accommodation to 200 foreigners.
Currently, about a third of the university’s 3,270 graduate students are from abroad.

Located in forest
The residence campus will be located in a forest area on the corner of Anker Engelunds Vej and Lundtoftevej in Lyngby.

The kollegium will be organised in three clusters of two buildings each, providing 12 or 13 housing units, and each cluster will have an interior garden space for meetings and relaxation.

Construction will start in the spring of 2016 and it should be ready by the autumn of 2017.
