Ulf Pilgaard passed away at the age of 83. For over 40 years, he was one of Denmark’s most beloved actors. During his impression of Queen Margrethe II on stage, he received a visit from the queen herself. Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen stated that Denmark has lost “one of the big stars from the Danish cultural scene.”
