Raise the voice of internationals. Take the survey and share your experience in Denmark.

Copenhagen Capacity has launched a survey for all internationals living in Denmark to find out if they are happy here and what challenges they face. The Copenhagen Post is the media partner for this initiative. You can find the survey below in the article.

Denmark relies heavily on foreign labor. In the first six months of 2024 alone, workers with foreign passports contributed over DKK 150 billion to the country’s GDP and filled approximately 300,000 positions.

In recent years, many have highlighted how internationals enrich society by bringing diversity.

Retaining these employees is crucial for Denmark’s future.

To better understand their experiences, Copenhagen Capacity is launching a comprehensive survey on the challenges faced by internationals in Denmark, with The Copenhagen Post as its main media partner.

You can find the survey here

It only takes a few minutes to complete and requires no registration or membership.

This will be one of the largest surveys ever conducted on Denmark’s international population, offering you a unique opportunity to make your voice heard by decision-makers and stakeholders.

The results will be published in April.

“Foreign labor makes us all richer, so we need to better understand how to retain them in the country. As a society, we owe it to both the employees and the companies that hire them to create the best possible conditions. It benefits us all if we can keep qualified workers here,” says Asbjørn Overgaard, CEO of Copenhagen Capacity.
