Rental market under pressure: vacancy rates hit historic lows in Denmark’s major cities

The index measuring how many homes are empty and available to rent has never been this low. “This historic low shows that rental housing is more in demand than ever, standing strong alongside home ownership as a preferred choice,” says Peter Stenholm, CEO of EjendomDanmark.
