At CO-RO A/S we are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution for the German market. This is a maternity cover starting on May 1, 2025, with the potential of being a permanent position, as we are amid an exciting transformation process.

As the Brand Manager, you will report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for driving the German marketing strategy for SUN LOLLY. You will ensure that our brand identity, including visual elements, tone of voice, and messaging, is consistent across all communication channels and markets. Your role will involve developing and maintaining the brand strategy for Germany, leading and evaluating campaigns and product launches, and managing digital and social media platforms. 

You will support the German sales team and ensure alignment between departments, drive and support prioritized and strategic brand projects as well as develop and maintain brand-related websites. Monitoring business performance, trends, and insights, and taking proactive action will be key aspects of your daily operational brand management. Additionally, you will support best-practices at fairs, update artwork for the entire region, and contribute to our business growth through brands. 

The position is based at our office in Frederikssund, Denmark, but some travelling to markets are to be expected. 

 

About you 

We are seeking a candidate with a proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward. Experience in NPD development, from consumer insight and demand space identification to concept development, validation, business case development, and launch, is essential. Excellent working knowledge across all media types, including mass reach, digital, and search platforms, with experience managing multiple creative agency partners, is required. Proven digital experience (AI, SEO, Organic Social, Brand Website, etc.) and the ability to quickly translate new insights into commercial opportunities to drive your brand(s) are also important. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, third-party agencies, and vendors, along with strong cross-functional project leadership experience and negotiation skills, are necessary. Additionally, a strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive brand growth and profitability is crucial. 

Furthermore, we expect you to have: 

  • A Master’s degree in Marketing or another relevant field with sufficient marketing experience. 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or the beverage industry is essential. 
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written), which is our corporate language. German is a great advantage. 
  • Knowledge of the German retail market is preferrable.
