International KAM – China

You will work from an office in Denmark, and you are fluent in mandarin with experience in sales

Reporting to the CCO and as part of the international KAM team, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of partners in China and Southeast Asia, acting as the first point of contact.

Your primary tasks as the first point of contact will be to support and develop the partners in your portfolio, which can be further broken down into following:

  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated team to support and develop the company’s international partners.
  • Take over account management for partners once the Business Development team has established new partnerships.
  • Conduct structured and continuous follow-up with partners.
  • Hold regular virtual meetings with existing partners.
  • Host webinars for partners, end customers, and consultants.

Your success will be measured by providing partners with support for proposals and collaborating to secure project wins (e.g., through tenders), including product and sales training. You will be responsible for coordinating internal resources to match the right competencies and personnel to meet specific partner requests or needs, and for effectively onboarding new partners.

With China being the primary market, you have experience from a context with mandarin as the primary language, either through an education or native origin. Furthermore, you have experience with sales and customer care, with international sales experience (particularly with China) considered a plus. Additionally, you have a strong understanding of what motivates partners and customers, and what ensures a successful partnership.

As a person you are friendly, positive and approachable in general interactions. You are proactive and self-driven within your own area of responsibility. Furthermore, you are customer-oriented, service minded, and skilled at building relationships across cultures.
