Learn to cook like the maestro!

Throughout the month of December, cuisine lovers have a rare opportunity to learn from a true maestro in the kitchen in the unique surrounding of the private residence of Italian ambassador Stefano Queirolo Palmas.

On November 25, its doors opened for the first time as Massimo Ricci (right, info@coo-king.it; coo-king.net) took the participants – from Denmark and countries as far-flung as Romania and the Philippines – on an exquisite journey to the world of Italian gourmet food.

There are five different courses available – meat, fish, vegetarian, Italian Christmas and regional, and they are three hours long and in English.

The course then ends with a sit-down dinner, which in this case was the vegetarian menu of aubergine rolls, gorgonzola and pumpkin rice, marinated vegetables and fried mozzarella nuggets
