Commuters travelling between Denmark and Sweden will need to come to terms with continuing to show their ID documents when crossing the Danish/Swedish border.
The Swedish government has revealed that the tighter border control measures have been extended by another 30 days until May 8.

Bridge and ferries
Spot check border controls were first established in November 2015, before the tight controls checking every single passenger were installed on January 4, the same day Denmark introduced controls along its border with Germany.
Since then, controls on both borders have been extended several times by both nations.
