General terms and conditions
Subscriptions can’t be refunded and subscriptions are automatically renewed unless they are canceled at least no later than two weeks prior to the next payment.
A subscription to The Copenhagen Post gives unlimited access to all articles on cphpost.dk.
cphpost.dk is updated at least 46 weeks a year.
A subscription is personal. Usernames, passwords and articles may not be shared with third parties without prior agreement with The Copenhagen Post.

The Copenhagen Post reserves the right to change and adjust prices and fees.
In the event of any price increases, the customer cannot be charged extra during an active subscription period.
Payment and Subscription
Your payment will be processed automatically every month, bi-annually or yearly, dependent on your subscription plan.
That means if you e.g. signed up for a yearly subscription on August 9 2023, your next payment will be processed on August 9 2024.
Hence a bi-annual subscription plan from August 9 2023 will be processed February 9 2024, and a monthly subscription plan will be paid on September 9 2023.
Meaning you will have either one, two or 12 yearly payments.
Credit card details will be stored with our payment service providers Quickpay and MobilePay (depending on payment method), until subscription is canceled or your card has expired.

Manage your subscription
We hate to see you leave, but we want it to be easy to unsubscribe.
Either write us, with a 14 day notice at support@cphpost.dk or just cancel the subscription at your bank.
If you request to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will come into effect 14 days after the date of the request. Or you can manage your subscription here.
If you still wish to access our reporting on site, but just want to quit the newsletter, you can keep your login credentials active as a paying subscriber, but just unsubscribe from the newsletter via a link in the email, or send an email with the subject “stop newsletter” to support@cphpost.dk.
