About Our Department and Team

The FC GWRA team is part of the Bank’s Group Compliance function and is responsible for performing GWRA for FC risks. The execution of the FC GWRA is vital in supporting an effective risk and controls environment across the organisation. We do that by identifying areas of heightened inherent risk and assessing the ability of controls to mitigate said risks. Presenting the risk picture as well as control gaps, weaknesses and highlighting these to the respective risk owners and in that way, they will be able to take action. The importance of this activity as a foundation of the Compliance Programme is paramount to the success of the Group Compliance department.

In order to support and achieve our objective, we are seeking for a highly skilled Principal Program Manager to lead our efforts in managing the FC GWRA, a key component in our Group Compliance strategy. This role is based in Central Copenhagen or Poland and supports a hybrid work model.

Manage Risk and Stakeholders with Precision

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of the FC GWRA Program, ensuring effective management of schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and communications.
  • Develop robust program governance and documentation to maintain high standards of compliance and transparency.
  • Design and implement a stakeholder engagement model that fosters clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate and lead diverse groups, ranging from committees to working teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Produce and present detailed reports and materials for both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulators.

Optimize the Potential of Your Expertise

We are looking for someone with:

  • A deep understanding of program and portfolio management disciplines across various methodologies such as waterfall, agile, and incremental.
  • Extensive experience in managing significant, cross-functional programs, ideally with a background in Financial Crime.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating complex organizational structures and driving consensus.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
