Incomprehensible immigration rules

A steady stream of changes to immigration rules over the past decade has resulted in regulations that are too difficult for even professionals to understand. The complex rules could violate the rights of potential immigrants. Jens Vedsted-Hanse of Aarhus University said that while immigration regulations live up to the letter of international guidelines, in practice they likely violate them.
