A law student has been charged with coercing a large number of young women into performing sexually indecent acts for the second time in a year.
Ritzau reports that the 21-year-old student from Lyngby was given a nine month prison sentence and handed sex therapy treatment last November for indecent sexual behaviour with young women.
The student is now facing fresh charges for illegal sexual coercion, indecent exposure and sex with girls under the age of consent due to sexual acts he performed with 86 different girls and young women aged 10 to 18.
According to Ritzau, the man used internet messaging services to contact the girls before convincing them to perform sexual acts in front of a camera, which he recorded.
The man blackmailed the girls into continuing to perform the acts by threatening to post pictures and videos of them online if they refused to co-operate.
He is also being charged with using cigarettes, money and alcohol to bribe the girls into meeting for sex. One 13-year-old met the man four times in public toilets where she performed oral sex on him.
Two girls reported the man to police in early 2012, leading the police to arrest him and search his computer where they discovered recordings of many of the other indecent acts.
The man served three of the nine months in jail following his November conviction.
North Zealand Police prosecutor Margit Wegge has called 17 witnesses to testify in the new charges. The case is being tried at Lyngby City Court and is expected to conclude in September.
