Cuban Festival

 

The annual festival dedicated to Cuban culture is part of a four-day celebration in Vesterbro. There will be music, live performances and dancing, as well as historical lectures and cultural workshops and activities for both kids and adults.

Festival of Endless Gratitude

While the name suggests a more hedonistic evening, the FOEG is an underground event where visitors can experience art, food, drinks, and musical acts featuring both Danish and international performers. An evening of world-class spoken -word poetry, comedy and storytelling featuring an impressive line-up including poetry slam world champion Harry Baker alongside one of Britain’s best poet comedians, Tim Clare, and spoken word and slam champion of Denmark, Peter Dyreborg. The trio are sure to deliver thought-provoking entertainment and the event organisers promise “a fun filled evening alongside twisted minds, peculiar poetry, playful words and rhymes from top to bottom.
