Frederiksberg Court acquitted former Tour de France cycling star Brian Holm today, Ekstra Bladet reports.
Holm, the sporting director of the Omega Pharma-Quick Step team, was accused of indecent exposure after he allegedly tried to have sexual intercourse with a seven-year old girl.
Lack evidence
The court ruled there wasn't sufficient evidence to prove that Holm had tried to pull off the girl's underwear.
The incident in question took place on April 26 at Holm's home in Frederiksberg at some point between 3 and 5am. Holm has pleaded his innocence from the very start, saying he was very drunk the night the assault was supposed to have happened.
