It was another reminder that the food experience agency creates dinner experiences out of the ordinary – if you’re looking for a romantic table-for-two candlelight dinner this is not for you – actually there’s not even a restaurant involved.

Menus, concepts and locations are never the same, and the small number of guests don’t even know where they are going until 24 hours before the dinner.

“I think it is quite magical to come together to share an evening with a group of strangers and to be able to say that only a handful will ever have got to partake in that dinner,” explains Tiffany Ng, the founder of Silver.Spoon.

The next Wine&Grub will take place around Thanksgiving (Nov 20-22, 17:30-23:00; silverspooncph.com)
