The subject line of the email says "very important", while the Danish text begins with the words "Dear NemID client".

The fraudulent message explains that several code cards have been suspended due to an error.

The recipient of the email is then encouraged to upload a picture of their code card.

The police, who were alerted by a vigilant citizen, strongly advised the public to not respond to the email.
