Reptile Youth: see them before they go the way of the dinosaurs

The Aarhus duo Reptile Youth made their debut on the Scandinavian circuit with ‘Speeddance’ – a catchy, LCD Soundsystem-like anthem – which caught the eye (well, ears) of Mark Ralph (Hot Chip) and Dave M Allen (The Cure) who went on to produce a cover.

Having made a little headway internationally following the popularity of dance-floor remixes of a few sugary single releases, the momentum appears to have slowed up.

Their new album, which is mournfully entitled A River For A Sea That Has Gone (2014), could turn out to their final release.
