Best of art in December: Stories from a warzone

Afghanistan photo exhibition is a must see

See Afghanistan through the eyes of its countrymen via an intimate experience of moments, processes, and conflicts in both public and private spheres.

Featuring the best in contemporary art, press and documentary photography from Afghanistan’s sparse population of homegrown lensmen, this touring exhibition gives a unique insight into the war-torn state.

Twenty photograghers share poetic and moving images that expose the everyday life of Afghanis, bringing a touching significance to the people whose country we all have heard of but know little about.
