Dankort up and running again

Nets says problem was at IBM

Dankort users can once again start using their cards. A system error caused the payment cards to be unusable in Denmark for several hours yesterday evening.

“I’ve can’t remember the last time Dankort didn’t work for such a long period of time,” the maître d’ at Ristorante Italiano in Copenhagen told the Weekly Post.

“We couldn’t admit guests unless they paid in cash.”

Nets said its systems were not to blame for the failure.
