A NASA satellite image shows exactly where the snow fell

Large parts of central Denmark were covered in snow yesterday.

An image from NASA’s Terra satellite beautifully shows where the 5-12 cm landed across Denmark.

The snow belt
The snow forms a 100 km wide belt across the country.

The snow never arrived in the north, and it turned into rain in the south.
