The American Chamber of Commerce in Denmark appoints new chairperson

Dupont exec takes the helm at AnCham

Angela Naef, the Vice President of Global Technology & Innovation at DuPont Nutrition & Health in Copenhagen has been chosen as the new chairperson of the American Chamber of Commerce in Denmark (AmCham).

Naef assumes the chair from Ron Park, who has taken on a new role with Roche in the US.

Naef is a graduate of the University of California, Davis with a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry and more than 17 years of experience in product and business development, with 12 of those years in technical and commercial leadership roles. She has lived in Denmark since 2014, when she joined DuPont in Brabrand near Aarhus as a Site Manager. She relocated to Copenhagen in 2016.

“AmCham has a strong history of policy work and creating opportunities to engage with political decision makers and international companies,” said Naef. “It is therefore with great humility that I take on this position to strengthen AmCham as the voice for international business in Denmark in order to create a competitive and sustainable business climate for US and international companies.”

Generating growth and jobs
As a representative for the international food ingredient company DuPont Nutrition & Health, Naef seeks to continue to highlight the parameters, which makes Denmark an attractive investment opportunity.
