Time Out names Copenhagen Harbour as fourth coolest neighbourhood in the world

Every year, Time Out publishes a list of its top 40 coolest neighbourhoods in the world. In 2021, Nørrebro won the top spot. This year, the media ranked Copenhagen Harbour in fourth place. Is Havnen even a neighbourhood? Don’t ask questions, just take the award and run.
