Copenhagen’s IT University forced to reject three quarters of degree applicants

Denmark is crying out for IT specialists – but uptake limits on university places in Danish big cities mean that a large proportion of IT degree applicants are rejected. The limits are designed to push students out of big cities and into smaller towns. Industry associations say the approach is out of touch, but the Education and Research Minister refuses to change it.
