Earlier this month, Copenhagen International School celebrated the Indian holiday of Holi – the festival of colour and love. The entire school participated in creating a ‘blur of colour’ around the Hellerup Campus and surrounding community. The joint effort involved CIS’s entire school community – the PTA, staff, canteen and, of course, the students staging a fun and educational day.
Students from the preschool, primary school and middle school took part in a fun and colourful run around the school and the surrounding neighbourhood. They also participated in art activities that included making rongolis, finger painting and chalk drawings. A Hindi feast was served at the canteen.
