New MASH restaurant opening up at Tivoli Hotel

Top restaurant MASH to be opened this year at the new Tivoli Hotel

MASH (Modern American Steak House) announced on Monday that it will be opening up a penthouse restaurant on the 12th floor of Tivoli Hotel’s new themed business hotel, which is due to open later this year.

The Danish restaurant chain already has restaurants in the city centre and Hellerup, along with two others in Hamburg and London.

“Tivoli is a strong brand – both in Denmark and abroad – and most have good stories and memories associated with the iconic amusement park,” said Jesper Boelskifte, the CEO and founder of Copenhagen Concepts, according to MASH’s online blog.

“The mood at the Tivoli Hotel is very special. It makes perfect sense for us to work with Tivoli Hotel, which has shown that they, like us, are working to provide unique experiences for visitors, whether it’s the family or business segment.”

The 400 square-foot restaurant will open on October 15. Tivoli Hotel’s themed business hotel is scheduled to open this summer.
