Temperatures headed to 25 degrees in some places

For the first time in about two weeks, daytime temperatures in Denmark will once again feel summer-like.

A warm front slowly moving in from the south and southwest will send temperatures in some places up to 25 degrees. The last time the weather was so warm was June 7. The warm temperatures do not guarantee sunny skies and there is a risk of showers and possible thunderstorms moving across the country from the west during the day.

The weather should be warm for those attending tonight’s Bruce Springsteen concert at Parken in Copenhagen, but there is the chance of a shower here and there.

The warm air – and the risk of locally heavy thunderstorms – is slated to continue with temperatures approaching the 30 degree mark on Friday.
