One of the key components is to further develop and optimize our process excellence across, starting with Finance and Group Functions in general. To deliver on this, we have established a new Finance Transformation team.

As a member of the newly established Finance Transformation team, you will report to Director Jens Glent Abildgaard, and be based out of our head office in Hørsholm.

You will have a unique opportunity to make a significant  impact on the future setup by working on transforming the Finance organisation and subsequently the entire Group Function to “best-in-class” from an already solid baseline.

Together, we will tailor your development and learning curve to your wishes and ambitions. While doing so, we prioritize work-life balance over results, while still striving to deliver our best as team.

Examples of project tasks could be:

• Coordinate and drive the execution of overarching Finance strategy and transformation across various operating model themes
• Leverage expertise in process excellence for Finance and subsequently Group Functions enabling global standardization and process ownership
• Unleash added value from organizational efficiency and contribute to the future of Finance value offering
• Drive change management and ensure clear and timely communication for Finance transformation initiatives
• Provide ad-Hoc management support to the Group CFO

Who we are looking for

As a person, you are analytical, structured and you have a hands-on/can-do approach to your work.

We are looking for a colleague who:

• Have solid experience in a Finance department, Finance, Strategy/Management Consulting firm (within finance) or a similar position in another large, international firm
• Possess a strong toolbox, e.g., problem solving, storytelling and stakeholder management
• Is a team player and  collaborate easily with people from different backgrounds
• Is able to present complex business issues in a clear and concise manner
• Have great communication skills  and are fluent in written and spoken English
• Hold a relevant academic degree
