Student worker in Business Intelligence Department – internal support

Our Data Analytics department in After Sales, located in the Copenhagen headquarter represents an innovative center of business intelligence and application support. It supplies the global organization with crucial information and support, all to which help steer, run and develop the unique “machine” that is the MAN Energy Solutions business.

We are currently looking for a positive and motivated candidate that can help our team to support the global organization in accessing and optimizing use of our internal applications. Applications currently cover Customer & Service Management Systems.

Since we represent a bridge between business and IT, you will support the Product Owner (PO) in communication, documentation, and testing of Sales and Service applications. This role is ideal for someone who is currently studying business administration, sales, communication, or digital management and is eager to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Communication: Serve as contact for CRM and service applications users, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • System Process Documentation: Develop and maintain process documentation and user guides.
  • Training Support: Create training materials and support conducting training sessions for new users.
  • Business User Testing: Coordinate and participate in testing with business users to ensure new features meet requirements.
  • Feedback Management: Gather user feedback to identify and support in implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Sales, Communication, Digital Management, or a related field.
  • You are familiar with MS Applications (ie. SharePoint) or similar
  • You can design/maintain a SharePoint site and willing to learn
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain business logics in a clear and concise manner
  • Motivation to learn and develop system processes.
  • You are fluent in English
  • As we are interested in a longer commitment, we encourage especially students in their bachelor or latest in their first Master semester to apply for the job
  • You are expected to work at least 15 hours per week.
