Calling all the heroes of the future

The Copenhagen Fire Brigade are opening the doors of three of their fire stations – Østerbro, Fælledvej and Christianshavn – to the public.

It’s a great chance for aspiring firefighters to sample the atmosphere of the place and ask questions about their equipment.

Guests will learn preventative measures and see the interior of firetrucks. Besides firefighting you can also discover what driving an ambulance is like. Demonstrations start at 10:15.

Fælled vej 20A, C ph F – April 18, 10:00-12:00; Markmandsgade 1, Cph S – April 25, 10:00-12:00; brand.kk.dk
