Forget about fancy wine gatherings. Silver.Spoon events are non-educational, but inspirational from top to toe. It’s about bringing together individuals with the same passion for good wine and food without pretences. Guerilla dining is a venture Silver.Spoon started in Copenhagen, offering locals and visitors alike the concept of ‘pop-up restaurant’. It aims at creating ephemeral restaurants where chefs, menus, venues, and themes come together for single events before disbanding only to reappear elsewhere in various permutations.

“It is the first time we have done something so intimate, but it will definitely

not be the last,” organiser Tiffany Ng (centre) explained.

To enhance the wine selection, chefs Mette Dahlgaard and Kamilla Seidler

created four tastes per course (totalling 16 tastes over the evening).
