Put your hand up if you enjoy a good massage? Well, now you have the chance to get a 20-minute shoulder, neck and back massage for free. A group of Grinberg method practitioners will give you a taste of what they do. Their method focuses on creating greater awareness of our bodies by stopping automatic routines that create pain – like spending hours in front of a computer without thinking about ergonomics. EB

ANZAC Day – Come and remember the brave soldiers from Australia and New Zealand who landed at Gallipoli on 25 April 1915. This ANZAC Day celebration at Southern Cross Pub pays homage to all things Australian.
