Three men wanted for unprovoked assault

Police released photos of the three men who they think are responsible for an unprovoked attack at Hellerup Station in May

Police have released the photographs of three men who are suspected of assaulting a 19-year-old student at Hellerup Station on the night of Saturday May 18.

After two months without witnesses, the police have released the images in the hope of finding a lead.

“The man was returning from a school party and heading toward town when he was apparently attacked without motivation by these three men, who hit and kicked him in the face,” deputy police commission Bjørke Kierkegaard told the tabloid BT. “Unfortunately there are no witnesses but we have some good images from surveillance cameras and we are now asking the public for help in identifying them.”

They describe the three men as follows.

The first suspect is an ethnic Dane aged between 15 and 20 with a slim build and dark blond hair. He wore dark shorts and a short sleeve top with the brand Hackett and the number 1 printed on the front and the word ‘Spain’ on the back.

The second suspect is an ethnic Dane aged between 20 and 25 with a normal to muscular build and dark, short hair. He wore a dark jacket with white Ecko Unlimited text on the right hand side, three-quarter length jeans and dark sneakers with a white sole.

Suspect two

The third suspect is an ethnic Dane aged between 20 and 30 with a normal to muscular build and dark hair cut in a military-style crew cut. He wore a light grey zip-up top, dark jeans and dark sneakers with white soles.

Suspect three

According to Kierkegaard, the three suspects inflicted severe injuries on the victim and will be charged with serious assault.
