For truly global events, try the Globe

Six weeks of rugby starts on Friday!

Rugby World Cup at the Globe

Sep 18- Oct 31; The Globe, Nørregade 43-45, Cph K; the-globe.dk

The atmospheric Globe bar will keep the punters happy by showing all 48 games of the 2015 Rugby World Cup with English TV commentary courtesy of ITV.
England take on Fiji in the opener ahead of their big game against Wales on Saturday the 26th. Also in September, the Scots try their luck against Japan and US and the Irish hope to kick Canada and Romania into touch.

There are plenty of screens at the Globe and a kitchen serving lamb curry, fish and chips, beef and Guinness pie and Irish stew. While the current beer of the month is (what else but?) the Galway Hooker.
