Louisiana leads the way

Literature will be in the spotlight this week, as the Louisiana Museum inaugurates its third literary exposition. A good book followed by a run or a dip in the water might just be what need to prepare for the end of the summer.

Louisiana Literature – For the third consecutive year, Louisiana Museum of Modern Art is opening its doors to readers, writers, poets and creative folk for Louisiana Literature. The annual international literary festival will this year showcase about 40 writers from Denmark and abroad. Louisiana will fill its rooms and sculpture park with discussions, interviews, readings and music centred around literature. Rock singer Patti Smith is the headliner and well-known writers Jonathan Safran Foer, Kiran Desai and Jeffrey Eugenides are also joining the line-up. A festival ticket (150kr) will grant you entry for all four days of the festival.
