Danish Defence Minister fires Chief of Defence

Denmark’s Defense Minister has fired the Chief of Defence over his alleged failure to inform the minister of weapons-system inadequacies aboard the Danish warship Iver Huitfeldt, which was targeted by a drone attack on 9 March.
