B2B Sales Representative

Kinetico International is significantly growing and expanding its operations and we seek for a B2B Sales Representative to join us and contribute to drive growth in our rapidly expanding global market. The role requires an understanding of sales b2b principals and the ability to develop the market for water treatment systems connecting with customers in various industries, including HORECA and Healthcare, delivering cutting-edge water softener and filtration systems.

As our new colleague, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth for the company. You’ll need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the sales process.

You will support the development of our customers and market understanding business whilst helping to develop product strategies to support the identification and qualification of opportunities identified. This role will also have direct interaction with our customers Top Management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business / sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with the existing customers
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Grow new business opportunities and existing accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
  • Cross-collaboration across Teams is fundamental to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills

  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience in lead generation and prospecting
  • Genuine drive, ambition, passion for results and pro-active mindset
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong understanding of sales processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
  • Fluent in English is required; additional languages as German are a plus
