ORIGINAL STORY: Friends of a young man missing after a night at the Bakken nightclub in Copenhagen’s Kødbyen district have taken to Facebook and the streets to ask if anyone has seen him.
Martin Svejgaard Helbo, 28, is though to have taken a taxi to Nørrebro at around two am where he was last seen.
He was reportedly wearing a burgundy coloured ‘ALIS’ cap, a maroon coloured shirt, also bearing the ‘ALIS’ logo on the left breast, black pants and black boots.
Helbo’s friends told The Copenhagen Post they spent much of Sunday canvassing on Ravnsborggade on Nørrebro, showing his picture to passersbys and asking if they had seen him. Helbo’s family and friends said they became concered after he missed several appointments on Saturday and Sunday.
Police said on Sunday they have stepped up their efforts now that Helbo has been missing for more than 24 hours.
