Trains at Nørreport are back on track

Regional trains stop at Nørreport station again

Denmark's busiest train station is again a stopping point for regional trains, as Nørreport station in central Copenhagen re-opened for long-distance trains today.

Coffee and crossaints were handed out to the first passengers on the newly renovated platform this morning.

For eight months, the station was closed due to the 'Ny Nørreport' (New Nørreport) modernisation that is expected to be finished by 2015.
