The Copenhagen Blues Festival returns for five days of top international and homegrown blues music spread out over clubs and venues in Copenhagen.

Get ready for 60 concerts on 20 different stages from a finely balanced line-up of seasoned veterans and younger stars, and of traditional and progressive styles. 

Among the yearly traditions are the spiritually uplifting church blues service (Grundtvigskirken, Bispebjerg; Sun 14:00) and the Blues Cruise canal tours (Sat & Sun 15:00; Nyhavn). While Rødovre Shopping Centre is a good location to find some of the top acts playing free afternoon concerts.
