Tivoli ranked eighth best amusement park in the world

Exclude Orlando and Copenhagen’s main attraction would come fourth!

Tivoli Gardens has been voted the eighth best amusement park in the world by reviewers on tripadvisor.com.

Out of 12,768 reviews on the website, 54.9 percent were excellent and 29.6 percent were very good – a positive rating of 84.5 percent.

Only 11.4 percent were average, 2.6 percent poor and 1.5 percent terrible.

The Orlando incidence
Orlando in Florida, the home of Disney World, dominated the list with six places in the top 20, including four slots in the top six.

Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Magic Kingdom Park grabbed the top two places, with Universal Studios Florida and Disney’s Animal Kingdom finishing fifth and sixth. Overall the US claimed ten of the top 20.

Tivoli was rated the third best in Europe, trailing Le Puy du Fou in Les Epesses, France (third) and Europa Park in Rust, Germany (seventh).
