The robbery took place at about 2:25 am on Tuesday and the men used a vehicle with a large clam shell shovel to break into the bank.
The offenders then drove to a workshop in the nearby town of Kværndrup, where they tried to open the stolen ATM with a grinder and a hammer drill.
The police arrested them yesterday afternoon.
Witnesses to the crime reported seeing more than two thieves, and a source close to the investigation has confirmed to the Copenhagen Post that the police are searching for other suspects.
